Every Wednesday I am going to post my current weight (ahh), measurements and pictures. Hopefully this will help me to stay on track. Fingers crossed!
So here we go……. this weeks results are:
- Weight: 223.4lbs
- Chest: 43″
- Largest Part of the Chest: 46″
- Rib Cage: 44″
- Belly Button: 46″
- Hips: 45″
- Thigh: 25″
Well I went up a little but I have been traveling so i’m not surprised. For the most part I stuck to my Weight Watchers points but i didn’t exercise as much as I should have. So now that I am back home I have no excuse!
Does anyone else gain weight when you travel?
How is everyone else doing on their weight loss journey? What keeps you motivated? Any suggestions would be great!
